Complimentary to our Ballroom programming, recent NSCAD BFA graduate Daniel Joyce uses found objects, constructing sculptures that speak to excess in contemporary North America. In The Doctor’s Secret Child a bed is created using stacks of romance novels. In Baseballrugbyfootballhorseshoebowlingsoccer a shiny, snakelike object emerges from the repetition of trophy tops.
