Lockhart, a Halifax based artist and film maker, arranged innumerable small, broken and decrepit toys, stuffed animals and cheap dollar store products in the nooks and crannies of the gallery. The myriad arrangements pointed to the ridiculous difficulties of life and to a dreamy, nurturing response to those difficulties. A series of videos, featuring excerpts from movies, were available to view in the office of the Khyber. Lockhart had a yard sale in the middle of the gallery during the opening. (Ballroom)
